Inpixon (NASDAQ: INPX) had announced that its smart officer app, recently acquired in The CXApp transaction, was chosen by a leading entertainment and media conglomerate for integration across various of its corporate campuses as well as global headquarters. The media conglomerate has a portfolio of cable television, movie, and sports brands.

Company to integrate 12,000 desk booking

The company will use its location-aware employee app to help customers have a smooth return to work by establishing an intelligent, innovative, and connected workplace with a single app for all employee needs. By integrating desk booking for over 12,000 desks with automated check-in/out, room reservations, amenities search, wayfinding, facility work orders, health questionnaires, single sign-on, visitor management, employee directory, and multi-facility access, the smart office app will enhance employee engagement, productivity, communication, and safety.

Hundreds of Bluetooth low-energy (BLE) beacons will be vital in the implementation of positioning and proximity detection. Users will be able to book rooms simply by waving their mobile phone over NFC-enabled stickers leveraging CXApp’s native Book It functionality.
