Nuance Communications has gone an extra mile of enhancing its artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Its existing users such as FedEx, BMW and Citizens Bank, will enjoy a revamped technology. Nuance has introduced a technology; Project Pathfinder, which uses the company’s AI innovation and machine learning. The two are primary useable in the promotion of conversational intelligence of virtual assistants (VAs).
A majority of businesses, agencies, and healthcare organizations are looking for means automating their tasks. Previously, Nuance’s virtual assistant technology has come in handy adding value to the clinical tasks clinicians provide. It has played a significant role in the retrieval of medical information and interaction, which in returns offers smooth workflow.

He says, “Unlike other conversational AI tools—which are predominantly programmed by humans—Project Pathfinder automates the build for human-to-machine interactions…Through Project Pathfinder, Nuance is raising the bar for the value that VAs can deliver.”
Assistant Professor of Biomedical Informatics, Dr. Yaa Kumah-Crystal, who is in agreement with Weideman says that they are at a level where technology can easily empower human beings and enhance quantifiable time savings. That said, Nuance feels it has achieved such a big milestone of availing a strategic solution to customers.
