Nuance Communications has gone an extra mile of enhancing its artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Its existing users such as FedEx, BMW and Citizens Bank, will enjoy a revamped technology. Nuance has introduced a technology; Project Pathfinder, which uses the company’s AI innovation and machine learning. The two are primary useable in the promotion of conversational intelligence of virtual assistants (VAs).
