MediaCom appoints Rahsan-Rhasan Linday as CEO
Most recently, Mr. Lindsay served as the executive VP of Urban One. Lindsay will bring more than twenty years of leadership experience across TV, media, and advertising to the company. As CEO, Lindsay will be in charge of creating the company’s overall strategic strategy and expanding its radio and outdoor businesses, focusing on digital transformation.

Lindsay worked at Urban One, Inc. for nine years, where he was in charge of integrated marketing, sales operations, and advertising sales for TV One and its partner network CLEO TV, which he helped establish in 2019. Last year, he became the head of iOne Digital ad sales, Urban One’s inter-platform marketing business, One Solution, and One X Studios, the company’s branded content production arm. Lindsay worked for Viacom Media Networks for nearly eight years, focusing on new business development for MTV, Comedy Central, Spike, CMT, and TV Land until joining TV One in 2011.
Lindsay ready to grow MediaCom brands
Commenting on his appointment, Lindsay said that working with well-known brands like HOT 97 and WBLS was simply too excellent to pass up. He said there are many opportunities to develop the brands, build on their long histories, and generate new revenue streams.
