Nano Dimension Ltd. (NASDAQ: NNDM), a leading player in AME (Additively Manufactured Electronics), announced a Joint Venture with Hensoldt AG to strengthen the partnership.
J.A.M.E.S GmbH –a Joint Venture: Nano Dimension and Hensoldt announced the new joint venture company named Jetted Additively Manufactures Electronics Sources or J.A.M.E.S. This joint venture will take the expertise of both these companies and strengthen the 3D – printed electronics component development. Both the companies will be together investing (co-investing) around $6 million in J.A.M.E.S. This corporation will be led by Hensoldt and will further strengthen its business offerings.
The new entity will connect the complete chain, starting from designers, users of the designs across the corporate industry that too globally. The technology from the new entity will help the members/ users of the technology develop, market, prototype, proof of concepts and trade AME and PE designs. In addition, the new technology will make the entity (J.A.M.E.S) capable of providing AME application and prototype service and community for ideation for corporate/industry users.
Joint venture to react to customer requirements quickly: Hensoldt is one of the pioneer players in senor technology and optronics. Moreover, with this partnership, Hensoldt expects a vital contribution from Nano Dimension to shorten development cycles and respond to customer requirements in the shortest possible time and cost-effective manner.
An industry players’ most significant challenge is the increasing competition and shortening customer purchase timelines J.A.M.E.S, will provide rapid development of technology as an alternative to conventional manufacturing. Still, it also offers mid-sized companies opportunities to design their products efficiently. As a result, the joint venture company is expected to establish a strong foundation in developing Hi-PEDs in all those areas and industries that are still unexplored.
