TechnipFMC PLC (NYSE: FTI) confirmed that it bagged a subsea contract For Equinor Kristin Sør Field. As part of the contract, the company announced that it would supply rigid pipelines, static and dynamic umbilicals, and pipeline and marine installation of the subsea production facilities. The company has made it official that Equinor awards the engineering, procurement, construction, and installation contract for the Kristin Sør field in the North Sea. As per the contract, it is learned that TechnipFMC PLC will station its dive support vessel Deep Arctic for an EPCI contract for the Kristin Sør subsea tieback to the Kristin platform in the Norwegian Sea. The Deep Arctic is armed with hybrid battery solutions to bring down emission levels.
A source from the company confirmed that TechnipFMC PLC’s operating center in Oslo, Norway, with fabrication occurring in the company’s facilities in Norway and the United Kingdom, will implement the project.

TechnipFMC PLC declared total voting rights and share capital as of June 30, 2021
In accord with Article 223-16-1 of the AMF General Regulation, TechnipFMC PLC declared its full voting rights and share capital as of June 30, 2021. According to the notification, the company has more than 4.55 million ordinary shares. The value of each share is $1. The company also declared that it does not hold any shares in treasury. Thus, the overall voting rights in TechnipFMC PLC are over 4.55 million.
