The company will use the services of Nokia Oyj (NYSE:NOK), which will act as the Service Operation Center provider. The Finnish wireless equipment maker will play a significant role in offering a steady move to the Telefónica UK. The primary focus will be on customer experience.
The Spanish multinational telco, Telefónica, S.A serves over 32 million customers in the UK. A majority of the company’s customers use the O2 network. They mainly use Sky Mobile, Tesco Mobile, and Lycamobile in Q3 2018. As such, it is counting on Nokia’s flexibility, recommendations and measured trends of success.
